Jane Ainbinder
(Writer/Director/Producer)
has been a dedicated independent filmmaker for the last 13 years. She has garnered many awards for her skills as director, cinematographer and editor in the festival circuit including Best Experimental Film at the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival for her film The Pearl Necklace. She is also a recipient of the John Huston Directing Fellowship, Panavision’s New Filmmakers Grant, and a Fleishhacker Foundation Grant. She has a Masters in Fine Arts in Film Production from University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television. Nail Polish is Jane’s first feature film.
Randy Sterns
(Producer)
has 16 years experience in the arts and entertainment field. She is a co-founder and producer at Pigdog Films LLC. She is a producer with Sparky Pictures Inc. for the full-length feature The Time We Killed directed by Jennifer Reeves (nominated for a 2005 Independent Spirit Award). Randy was producer for the shorts A Better Life, Loneliness, Kiss Me Kill Me (director and co-writer) and Joiners. She developed and co-produced for Progressive Associated Artists, where she was the packaging co-producer of the feature film To Life, L’Chiam, starring Maximilion Schell, Tippi Hedren, Oscar-winning director Arthur Hiller, and D.P. Allan Daviau. Randy is a member and producer of the film and theatre company elastic future.
Courtney Lee-Mitchell
(Producer)brings over 10 years of entertainment experience to Pigdog Films. Following graduation from Bard College and UCLA School of Law, she trained at United Talent Agency in Beverly Hills. She later practiced entertainment law at the firm of Kenoff and Machtinger, after which she worked for Chris and Paul Weitz on American Pie. Courtney then managed online content acquisition for San Francisco-based iSyndicate, followed by a stint in New York managing short film distribution for Hypnotic. She is a member of the California Bar.

Viveca Paulin
(Producer) brings her extensive fundraising skills as an event coordinator and auctioneer to her position as co-founder and producer at Pigdog Films. She annually conducts auctions for high profile clients and charities including GQ Magazine, the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation, the Make a Wish Foundation, Disneyworld & Disneyland, Planned Parenthood, Big Sisters of Los Angeles, numerous AIDS organizations, local hospitals, and schools. She appeared as the auctioneer on the Fox network in The Ultimate Auction with the Duchess of York and Robert Urich. In addition, she performed on CBS's Martial Law and New Line Cinema's Money Talks, starring Chris Tucker and Charlie Sheen.

Katrina Jankowski
(Co-writer)graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in English Literature. She went on to study acting at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and screenwriting at UC Berkeley. In addition to co-writing Nail Polish, she wrote and directed Uroborus, a stage play produced at the Noh Space in San Francisco.
Ann T. Rossetti
(Director of Photography) is best known as cinematographer for the award-winning 1994 Sundance Film Festival smash Go Fish (distributed by Samuel Goldwyn). Ann has shot many other independent features including The Singing Biologist (2004), Paper Boy , Phone Tag , and By Hook or By Crook (audience award for best film at the 2002 Paris Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, and critical acclaim for its cinematography in Film Festivals.com). She is also experienced with documentaries, shorts, music videos and virtually all areas of film/video photography.
Jean Kawahara
(Editor) is the Emmy award-winning editor of Of Civil Wrongs and Rights: The Fred Korematsu Story (short-listed for 2001 Academy award). She is also editor of Sundance selection shorts Rappin' Gap and Undertaker (National CableACE award). Jean is a senior editor at Umlaut Films in SF. She has received numerous awards, including a Golden Lion (Cannes Film Festival) and a Clio award.
